  1. I also love the podcasts you mentioned and since you like those, I will also recommend The James Altucher Show and The Rich Roll podcast (He actually inspired me to become more healthy and I have now run two marathons) Have a great weekend!

  2. I started marathoning this podcast about a month ago, and I love that composting and gardening are being mentioned. I help manage a composting system at a community garden, which decreases waste and the garden provides me plenty of free greens (cutting back on my grocery bill). A few more benefits of composting below, according to the EPA. Check out their website for how to do this at home (https://www.epa.gov/recycle/composting-home):
-Enriches soil, helping retain moisture and suppress plant diseases and pests.
-Reduces the need for chemical fertilizers.
-Encourages the production of beneficial bacteria and fungi that break down organic matter to create humus, a rich nutrient-filled material.
-Reduces methane emissions from landfills and lowers your carbon footprint.
